At Kiriglobal we take customer satisfaction and feedback seriously. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us. Money back guaranteed on all acceptable returns.
1. Items returned within 30 days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, such as the design  or colour not matching the description. Please contact us within the time frame and we will get back to you in 1 or 2 business days.
2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, not used, no damage and in original packaging) as we do not resell used or returned products.
3. Please make sure to contact us first before you return your order and we will gladly accept it. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. The buyer will cover the cost of shipping the return.
4. Please send us your order number and returned package number after your return request has been approved.
 
Shipping
After your order is received we process and ship within 24 to 48 hours. Shipment can be completed anywhere from 3 days to 19 days because of back orders being fulfilled.
Please do not process order using a P.O Box as we do not use those.
Make sure the shipping and billing address match or it will take time to verify and sometimes cause shipment delays.
